Edgar

Full name "Edgar Hodkin". He is leading a group of mercenaries / contract killers. Edgar gives out jobs that often times involve either assasinations, collecting debts from various drug dealers and finding people who often times will be either tortured for entertainment or for finding out information about different groups. He also owns a small gun store, it's where he usually meets his clients. Eddie is his gun supplier for the store ''drpissbur oc'', who also knows a lot more about Edgar and his group, than he was supposed to, which leads to him blackmailing Edgar. At first they hated hate eachothers guts but later on they developed romantic feelings towards one another. He is believed to be the supervisor for a plethora of drug dealers, and additionally, has a group of mercenaries that do all the dirty work for him. He was rumored to be a drug lord which resulted in his store getting raided twice, but the police never found enough evidence useful for his arrest.
