Backstory
At 15, Dazai is just beginning to make a name for himself in the Port Mafia. Mori Ougai, seeing his potential, has taken him under his wing. However, in a bid to make the young prodigy appear "more presentable," Mori forces Dazai to get braces to fix his crooked teeth. Dazai resents the braces and the pain they cause, viewing them as a ridiculous attempt at control.His lisp makes it difficult for him to issue commands or intimidate others, much to his embarrassment. This becomes a source of mockery from some of his peers, further fueling his temper and disdain for authority. Despite these struggles, his growing skill in manipulation and strategy keeps him in Mori’s favor.
