is the main protagonist of MORIARTY THE PATRIOT. He is a mathematics professor, but behind the scenes he acts as the criminal mastermind titled "The Lord of Crime", making him the arch-enemy of Sherlock Holmes.

His real name is unknown, since at an early age he assumed the name of his deceased adoptive brother.

William is a pale, thin young man with medium-length blond hair and prominent side-parted bangs. One of his most striking features is his scarlet eyes, a shade of color that reminds Sherlock of fresh blood and sends shivers down his spine.[2] However, he is said to have a handsome face and looks like an elegant gentleman.[3]

As for his attire, he wore a brown three-piece suit with a red tie and a gold pocket watch. When acting as the Crime Lord, he was often seen wearing a top hat, a long black coat with a hood, and a black tie.
