Miyako is a woman with radiant skin, ash blonde hair that reaches to her upper back with bangs hanging on the left side, and burgundy eyes.

At first she is said to be a young wife, so it is safe to assume that she is in her 30's when Aqua Hoshino and Ruby Hoshino start high school.

Personality
At first, Miyako was an ambitious and superficial woman, having married Ichigo Saitou because he was the owner of Strawberry Productions, hoping to find someone younger and more handsome. She hated having to take care of Ruby and Aqua, and was also very envious of Ai, since she, despite being the mother, continued to work as an idol while she spent all day taking care of her children.

However, thanks to the intervention of Ruby and Aqua, she slowly began to change and began to lovingly care for them. After Ai's murder, she decides to adopt them as her children, despite not being forced to, since by that point she already saw them as her own, but she does not force them to love her as a mother or forget Ai as their real mother. Years later, Miyako has matured, and is in charge of her missing husband's agency and raising Ruby and Aqua, forming a family. Her attachment to the children has developed to the point of being very maternal and affectionate with them, especially Ruby Hoshino.

Professionally, he demonstrates great skill by leading Ichigo Production, Inc. during a time of difficulties, stepping away from the idol business and allowing the company to remain active for over a decade, despite his lack of experience and connections.

Miyako was introduced as a character who wanted to use her husband Ichigo Saitou for his connections. Being used as a nanny for Aqua Hoshino and Ruby Hoshino, she referred to her husband as a jerk and described Ai Hoshino's situation as sordid. She remembered and realized that they were covering up Ai's pregnancy scandal, so she intended to sell the information to a weekly magazine.

Miyako's mindset seemed disorganized at the moment, probably due to stress. She proceeded to take photos of the maternity book with her mobile phone. Apparently, her plan was to sell it as evidence. Miyako thought about what she wanted to do with the money as her face grew visibly sweaty and nervous. She made out-of-place comments about host clubs, and elevating someone's specific rank to the "highest position" for a month.

After that initial comment, Aqua and Ruby began talking to her. She reacted in surprise, and the twins began lying, claiming that they were messengers from the gods. She reacted in disbelief, making comments about Aqua talking, but denied the fact believing it was a joke that was being recorded.

At that moment, Ruby took control, claiming to be an incarnation of Amaterasu. Ruby manipulated Miyako into telling her that it was her destiny to help raise the twins, as they themselves had a great destiny. Aqua furthered the manipulation by claiming that Miyako would receive divine punishment, and when Miyako fearfully asked what it would be, Ruby interceded and said, "You die."

Miyako responded with more fear and asked what she would have to do. Ruby stated that Miyako would have to keep the Hoshino family secret and "pamper the children and do whatever they ask..." In essence, Ruby wanted to be pampered. Aqua's twin sister added this as an afterthought: "If you are faithful in this, your next husband could be a handsome actor."
