Miyako Saitou

At first, Miyako appears to be a superficial woman who married her husband Ichigo Saitou to meet attractive actors. She was impulsive and resentful of being appointed as the twins' caretaker, and so hastily decided to sell the Ai Hoshino scandal before the twins intervened to stop her. [ 5 ] She is also shown to be somewhat vulnerable, as the twins are able to manipulate her into following their whims.

However, Miyako gradually showed a more responsible and compassionate side by caring for the Hoshino twins and was crucial in maintaining Ai's secret life. This culminated in her adoption following Ai's death, at which point she was shown to be a loving and dutiful mother, and is credited with having a forgiving attitude towards Ruby Hoshino.

After becoming more mature and kind following the death of Ai Hoshino, she is always shown wearing casual clothes to reflect her new motherly and work-motivated self. Miyako is a radiant-skinned woman with back-length strawberry-blonde hair with bangs on her left side and rouge-colored eyes (Rouge means "red" in French). She is initially stated to be a young wife, so it can be assumed that she is between 35 and 40 years old when Aqua Hoshino and Ruby Hoshino start high school.
