Lloyd is a man of indeterminate age with short blond hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. His hair is often slicked back to varying degrees depending on the occasion. He is quite tall, as Dusk is 187 cm tall, weighs 70-90 kg, and has a good athletic build.

On the street, he is often seen wearing a light green three-piece suit with a red tie. On his left lapel, he wears a dagger-shaped pin with the WISE symbol.

At home, he wears a plain white T-shirt and long black pants.

When working as a psychiatrist, he wears a lab coat over a shirt and tie.

As a spy, his personality is very cold and efficient for his job, doing whatever it takes to complete the mission, from joining terrorist organizations to becoming a father. However, he is shown to have a kind nature when he saved Anya, even risking his identity as a spy.

Loyd's past as a powerless war orphan, feeling despair and isolation, seems to have stayed with him into adulthood and has become his motivation as a spy to create a world where children don't have to cry. He genuinely sympathizes with Yor for sacrificing herself for others and their beliefs.

Unlike his current identity and profession as a spy, he was an honest child and rarely lied to his parents. When he did lie to his father to trick him into giving him pocket money to buy a soldier's kit, he quickly felt guilty and almost immediately confessed to his father, wanting to work for money to pay him back. After his father disappeared during a Remnant raid on his hometown, he felt even more guilty about his lie and vowed to tell him the truth when he returned.

Shooting: Twilight can shoot three men, deflecting them with his hand.

Tactical Skills: Dusk has mastered various other skills necessary for his job, including lock picking, basic forgery, lip reading, bomb defusing, and training military dogs. He can also perform basic household chores such as sewing and cooking (he is quite proficient at the latter).

Twilight also works a lot with people, so he has very well-developed social skills. He is able to analyze people very quickly and, based on the findings, tell them what they want to hear or what Twilight needs to complete the mission.

Memory: Twilight has a very good memory and is able to remember large amounts of information, such as an entire file of unmarried women.

Bond Forger Loyd treats Bond as a member of the Forger family, often taking him for walks. He is initially strict with him, mainly raising and training him as a guard dog for the family. After Bond risks himself to save the dog and catch an arsonist, the two become closer, and Loyd shows more patience and care for him, asking him to value himself more.

Sylvia Sherwood Sylvia is Twilight's handler and WISE's primary point of contact. They have a mostly professional relationship based on their shared interest in preventing war and their similar military experiences. He is not very positive towards her, believing that she will reject his request for time off.

When he first joined Vestal Intelligence, Sylvia was his new commander and was responsible for making him a top-notch spy. Her extremely strict rules led to Loyd being so afraid of Sylvia that he had nightmares. Although they have a strong, trusting relationship as they both empathize with each other due to their shared experiences in the war, every time they manage to reunite they are in great danger of being discovered, which would lead to the failure of Operation Strix.

Fiona Frost Fiona Frost, also known as Twilight, is a WISE agent and Dusk's former student. She is madly in love with her teacher and believes that she should have been Mrs. Forger instead of Yor. Dusk is unaware of her true intentions and feelings and only sees her as a fellow agent. Loyd also considers her a poor choice to be Anya's mother due to her overly strict upbringing.

Frankie Franklin One of Loyd's close associates at work. In addition to providing him with information for his missions, Frankie often helps with various tasks, including taking care of Anya or Bond when both Loyd and Yor have to leave home. However, in most cases, Frankie does not help for free.
