Looey

He is a balloon dog, his head is a round, yellow balloon with purple patches on the right and green patches on the left. His ears are elongated balloons, purple on the left and green on the right. His torso is a bit long and yellow, and he wears a white top with purple and green dots. His right arm is purple and his left arm is green. He has an elongated, somewhat chubby, yellow balloon tail. His left leg is purple and his right leg is green, and both legs are somewhat long.

He was in the circus, but almost no one laughed at his acts. He is somewhat absent-minded, and he always wants to see everyone happy and doesn't like to see anyone sad. He sometimes makes "pop" sounds with his lips, especially when he is bored.
