Louie is a yellow blob with green and purple ears, cheeks, arms, and legs. They have a yellow tail at the back. They wear a white sleeveless turtleneck with green and purple spots.

Louis is a cheerful, optimistic Toon who belongs to a circus troupe. Despite his optimism, he also has a rather paranoid side that he tries to hide. He seems very worried about not being noticed. Overall, he's a very kind Toon who wants everyone around him to be happy, but also has a paranoid side.

Louis is a clown in a circus troupe of three Tuns. The other two members are Yatta (an acrobat) and Blot (a mime).

Yatta is a piñata with a bright color palette. She has two festive caps on her head that stick straight up, and her face is sky blue, pink, and bright yellow. She has a simple, toothy smile. Her entire body is made in the aforementioned colors, and she has four flowing pink tails on her back. She is a gymnast in the Yirko troupe.

Blot is a grey ink droplet. His head is shaped like a droplet, with parts dripping down the left side of his head, the right side of his face, and around his neck. He wears mime makeup around his eyes, and his cheeks are a darker shade of grey. He wears a black and white striped shirt and white gloves. His legs gradually darken to black, and his feet seem to melt into the ground. He is a mime in a circus troupe.

Gardenview was an educational center and museum founded by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen. Gardenview likely opened in the late 1980s (1989). Gardenview closed on June 29, 2002, due to safety violations. Gardenview is located in Gardenview Park, which appears to be a regular park, and the train found in the lobby likely arrives from elsewhere.
