After training under W.D. Gaster, Sans still retains his old abilities, as well as harnessing new abilities that no monster has ever been able to tap into. Sans has the ability to summon bones from anywhere on the ground, ceiling, walls, and even in the air. These bones can come in all shapes and sizes, ranging from long AND short. He also has Gaster Blasters, powerful skull attacks that fire beams of energy to presumably deal immense damage to Frisk. Sans has also gained the ability to use Orange Attacks , something only Asgore has done in Undertale. Gaster has also taught Sans how to corrupt the screen and not only manipulate gravity , but reality itself .

As shown, the Gaster Blasters are very different. Phase 1+2 shows the Normal Gaster Blasters with slight differences, while the Phase 3 Gaster Blasters are very different. They have the same aesthetic as the Controlled Gaster Sans with a crack on his skull that goes to his eye, and a crack that starts from the bottom and goes to the other eye. Although he also has no pupils.

Hyperbones
These bones are purple and giant. They can move very fast and cause a lot of damage.

Hyperblasters
These Gaster blasters fire violet rays and are huge. They can fire violet rays very fast and cause a lot of damage.

Save point
It can save and reload by retracting its 124 HP and recovering its stamina, this will also cause it to return to its original form and slowly wither away with the attacks it uses.

These bones are very thin and long, they are very sharp and can move very quickly, causing a lot of damage.

Sans can use telekinesis, regardless of SOUL's traits. He can now also use telekinesis to kill someone.

Purple environment
He can make purple smoke come out of his ribcage and blind all humans that come near, dealing massive damage and adding +10 HP to HIS HP.

Apocalypse of the bones
He can summon 20-60 purple sharp bones and fire them VERY fast. These do a lot of damage and grant him +3 healing.

Statistics
Hyperdust's stats are: Level 23, ATK 100,000, DEF 999, HP 100,000, and 92% damage reduction when below 70% of max HP. He can also gain more HP by wasting 25% of attacks and 5% of stamina, which will add +10 to his HP.

Sharp bones
Unlike many other versions of Sans, his bones are sharp and "bleed" a DT-like substance that deals a significantly higher amount of damage than the original Sans' attacks. He usually holds them in his hands and stabs his victims with them. These can vary in size like normal bones.

Blasters Gaster
He doesn't use them often, but they are stronger than Sans' blasters. They are cracked and appear to "bleed", to mimic Sans' deterioration.

Shortcut
Sans can teleport anywhere underground instantly.

Reboot
Madness has the ability to reset itself, but it cannot override the human's ability to do so. (Similar to Flowey)

Resistance to death
Insanity has the ability to resist death at low HP, as a last resort. This ability is where her Dust Fragment comes from, as she resisted death against ASGORE.
