Nightmare Sans

Killer!Sans: A mad, cold-blooded killer devoid of emotion. Nightmare's right-hand man. He resembles classic Sans, but black tears (liquid determination) constantly flow from his eyes. His soul is a red target.

Dust!Sans (Murder) - Paranoid, constantly talks to the ghost of his brother Papyrus. Killed everyone in his AU to level up. Wears a blue jacket with a hood pulled over his head. His eyes glow red and purple. Usually covered in monster dust.

Horror! Sans. Cruel and constantly hungry. Extremely unstable mentally. A skeleton with a fractured skull and a large bloody axe. Dressed in a dirty fur jacket.

Cross!Sans is a former royal guard with the ability to overwrite code. He wears a black and white suit with crosses, reminiscent of a uniform. He wields a giant knife (Hack Knife).

Team Features Hierarchy: Nightmare is an undisputed leader who demands obedience, but sometimes shows a semblance of care for his charges, replacing their lost families.

Allies: Error!Sans is often included in the group, though he more often acts as a temporary ally or "free agent" due to his own goals of destroying the AU.

Confrontation: The team's main enemies are the Star Sanses (Dream, Ink, and Blueberry), who protect the Multiverse.

The relationship between Nightmare and Dream is a tragic tale of twins who went from deep affection to deadly enmity. In Dreamtale canon, they are "spirit brothers," created from pure energy by the Guardian Nim to protect the Tree of Feelings.

Traits: Sadistic, cunning, and cruel. He feeds on the fear, despair, and hatred of those around him, growing stronger from their suffering to sustain his own powers.

Current appearance: A black skeleton covered in a viscous liquid, with four tentacles extending from its back. Its right eye is usually obscured by the substance, while its left glows blue or white.

Origin and appearance Nightmare was originally a simple purple-clad skeleton guardian who protected the dark side of the Tree of Senses. After being bullied by the villagers, he decided to prove his worth but accidentally ruined all the golden apples. Trying to save the tree, he ate a dark apple, transforming him into a creature composed of a black, slimy substance.

Regeneration. Virtually invulnerable to conventional weapons; his body instantly regenerates from the liquid.

Abilities: Four powerful tendrils emerge from his back, which he can use to grab, bind, or kill victims. He is able to sense negativity anywhere in the multiverse. He can freely travel around the AU, but only to those where there is negativity.

Main weaknesses: Positive emotions: Joy and hope weaken him; he cannot remain in the "bright" universes for long. Light: Bright light can cause him physical damage and make him retreat.

Nightmare Sans is the antagonist and guardian of the dark apples from the AU (alternate universe) Dreamtale. He is the embodiment of negative emotions and the twin brother of Dream Sans. Age: over 500 years
