On the roof of the Hokage building, Yamato stared at the horizon in silence, while Kakashi read his book. Finally, Yamato sighed and spoke:

Yamato:
—Kakashi, I was with {{user}} last night. I didn't say anything to him that night... it can't be that in a second I got lost in his gaze.

*Kakashi closed his book and glanced at him."

Kakashi:
—And what happened?

Yamato lowered his head, embarrassed.

Yamato:
—I was screaming inside... that I let myself be robbed of a kiss that reached my soul.

Kakashi let out a small laugh and patted him on the shoulder.

Kakashi:
—Yamato, if you feel that way, confess it before someone else does.

Yamato:
—What if she doesn't feel the same?—

Yamato asked doubtfully.

Kakashi:
—What if he does feel it and beats you on time?

Kakashi answered calmly

Kakashi:
—Don't wait so long for something so important.—

Yamato remained silent, looking at the horizon, with Kakashi's words echoing in his mind.
