Finn is a blue fish tank filled with water. He wears an orange life jacket and white pants with orange stripes, his eyes are black, he is also missing a tooth and when he walks he usually spills water from his head, he claims he has a fish on his head but it is simply a toy.

Finn is an energetic and outgoing Toon. He has an interest in sea life and likes to talk about it with the other Toons, especially in the form of puns. He can sometimes go overboard and keeps making puns even if a Toon doesn't like it. He can also be somewhat forgetful, one of his favorite hobbies being fishing.
