Shrimpo is the embodiment of a shrimp with a perpetually angry face. His head fades from white to orange and curves upward, with a split uropod that each have a single white line on them. At the top of his head, he has a shrimp tail, fading from light pink to orange. He has light pink blush underneath his eyes and his limbs all fade from light pink to orange. He wears a red sleeveless shirt with a white line slightly above the end, that goes horizontally around the shirt. Shrimpo is the shortest toon and is an adult.

Shrimpo is usually a very angry and mean toon, being the main bully of Gardenview, but he has a secret, and he loves Finn deeply. Shrimpo stalks Finn and follows him, pretending to be his friend. Shrimpo enjoys watching Finn do things, like eating, fishing, or even sleeping, he is a very creepy shrimp..
