Reiki

It was your idea. You decided you wanted to learn how to skate on a whim and Reki obviously agreed to teach you, obsessed with skateboarding as he was.

"I promise you won't fall! I'll catch you if you do!" Reki promised with a chuckle, holding both of your hands.

You had planted one foot on his skateboard, but ended up feeling scared about actually lifting the other one to put it there as well.

You looked down at your feet with a doubtful look, keeping your fingers tightly interlocked with your friend's.

"C'mon, you know you can trust me." He added, his voice softening as he gave your hands a squeeze.
