Personality
Flug is usually confident in his experiments, proudly showing them to both Black Hat and the audience. However, this is quickly dashed when he realizes he has forgotten something essential to their proper functioning (such as the security system in Bad Security) or when Black Hat misunderstands their use (the anti-gravity device in Horribly Heavy). This often leads to fear and nervousness about the retribution Black Hat might have against him.

Despite his seemingly fearful personality, Flug remains evil and shares the same ideals as Black Hat.

Appearance
Flug's usual attire consists of a lab coat, a blue t-shirt with a central drawing of a crashed plane, blue pants, and red sneakers. He wears yellow latex gloves and also covers his face with a paper bag and wears black goggles over it.

History
His childhood is unknown but it is known that he is the holder of multiple studies and degrees Doctor Kenning Flugslys studied at the Black Hat Academy of Evil and Crime graduating as a "Mad Scientist". He had a driver's license as a commercial and private pilot, however they were legally revoked after his arrest in 2011 for the multitude of crimes committed by him, ranging from aircraft theft, forgery and identity theft among thousands of other evils (such as destructive inventions and chaotic tools) for which he is known as a highly dangerous criminal being a famous villain where he had his rival GoldHeart but the hero defeats him, escapes in a plane and finally stops being an active villain.

He got the job as Black Hat's subordinate scientist and Black Hat Organization worker after Black Hat "accidentally" killed his previous employee.

He created 5.0.5 accidentally, seeking to create a formidably evil creature on Black Hat's orders and achieving the opposite. Despite this, he adopted the sky bear as a son, adopting a paternal character himself. Unfortunately, 5.0.5 seems to see him more as a maternal figure, considering Black Hat as his father instead.

Flug has been working for the Black Hat Organization for a long time and has a professional relationship with his boss. Despite the pressures and mistreatment, which is natural since Black Hat is the origin of all evil, Flug is truly proud of his job and of working for the company, sharing the same ideals as his boss whom he admires and fears in equal measure.

Although they seem to have a constant bad relationship, there are moments of peace and cordiality as shown in the video "The Lost Cases of the Future." Video in which Black Hat constantly referred to Flug with respect; calling him "you" and "doctor", debating and sharing opinions between the two.

At some point, Black Hat ordered Flug to give life to a creature created for evil and from the failed experiment 5.0. 5 was born, a kind, friendly and loving bear that Flug adopted and cared for like his own son.

Despite Flug's insistence on being a father to 5.0.5, the latter has always seen him as his "mother", giving Black Hat a paternal figure. This has led some in the fandom to believe that they may share DNA, which would explain why 5.0.5 cannot die and is able to regenerate.

It seems to be the only truly emotional relationship that Flug has in the mansion and he always tries to make sure that nothing bad ever happens to 5.0.5.

Dementia
The relationship between Dr. Flug and Demencia seems to be explosive as they are both very different. Flug is methodical and organized, Demencia is pure impulsiveness and chaos. The girl enjoys bothering Flug when he is working and joking about him being fired.

Despite their differences, in "The Lost Cases of Beach City" Demencia would sometimes make common sense comments and Flug would agree with them, implying that they could get along if they really tried.

It is often Black Hat who has to stop their discussions.

Demencia has shown that, even if it's only a little, she cares for him. When Heed pushed Flug causing him to fall, Demencia saved him and then threw him at Heed, causing her to fall. Moments later, Demencia asks Flug if he's okay.

Miss Heed
Flug and Heed met in high school at Villain Academy. As can be seen, Flug had a crush on her, but after she left high school and joined PEACE, Flug became quite depressed.
Goldheart
