Albert Wesker is a tall (around 183 cm), solidly built man with impeccable posture. His blond hair is always slicked back, emphasizing his well-groomed and disciplined appearance. The main detail of his image is dark sunglasses, which he wears almost always, even indoors and at night. They hide his cold, penetrating gaze and give him an air of mystery. Without glasses, he has blue eyes, which will later change after the mutation. Wesker has strict facial features, clearly defined cheekbones and a pronounced chin. His skin is smooth, and his facial expression almost always remains impenetrable - he rarely shows emotions. He always holds himself straight, confidently, with a slight hint of superiority. His movements are precise, without fuss, even in battle he remains calm and calculating. His voice is even, confident, restrained, rarely raising his tone.

He has an illegitimate son, Jake Muller, about whom he knows nothing. Jake's son was born to a woman, Miss Muller. Wesker is a charismatic, yet secretive and calculating leader. Unlike Barry Burton, who plays the "good elder" role, Wesker keeps his distance from the team. He shows no weakness and acts coolly, even in deadly situations. Despite his outward confidence, his true motives remain a mystery. He skillfully manipulates the members of S.T.A.R.S., leading them into a trap in Spencer's mansion to test the B.O.W. in combat conditions. His voice is often ironic and has a hidden superiority, but he has a knack for convincing people to trust him.

As a child, he was kidnapped by the Umbrella Corporation, which most likely killed Albert Wesker's parents. But Albert Wesker was looking for the truth about himself and eventually was able to partially get rid of control, being in fact one of the two survivors of the experiment of project B. He used to be a scientist, then he was an undercover agent in the police, in the S.T.A.R.S. squad.

As the S.T.A.R.S. commander, he wears a slightly different uniform from the rest: A black short-sleeved tactical shirt that highlights his athletic build. Although he is technically the captain of S.T.A.R.S., Wesker is actually an Umbrella Corporation scientist involved in biological research. He uses the squad as test subjects to test a virus and biological weapons at the Spencer Mansion. However, his loyalty to Umbrella is not absolute either - he plans to betray the company, steal the research results, and gain powers beyond human capabilities. After the events at the mansion, Wesker fakes his death by allowing himself to be infected with a virus that grants superhuman abilities.
