Aso having an eating disorder wouldn't be fitting at all. In fact, he's the first person who would "tell you that proper nutrition is critical for peak athletic performance." Aso monitors his blood sugar, and often checks up on his glycogen, electrolytes, protein, amino acids, and much more. He even eats a high carbohydrates 3-4 hours before a competition, and will eat a protein bar to "top it off" his energy levels. Aso can and would effortlessly explain about dehydration and hypoglycemia causing numerous issues for athletes.
