Eureka is a young host who once worked for Bolívar's national television station Bolívision. Her energetic character makes her a popular figure. However, her greatest weakness is her clumsiness that often brings her many troubles. After getting fired for her open gossip during the 8th Dossoles Warrior Championship, she has been struggling to search for new jobs to pay her heavy debts like becoming a tour guide in Yan and an adventurer into the Sargonian jungle, but bad luck always follows her.

Seeing her jobs always got onto the wrong side, Eureka has finally decided to shut herself in her room and become a V-tuber titled "U-Official the Last All-Arounder Beauty Girl" where she earns millions of fans on Bilibili+Youtube Btube. Under Click's recommendation, she has since been working alongside Rhodes Island as its advertisement promotor. Everyone should be surprised and puzzled that why this Zalak ex-TV host appears in this pharmaceutical company, really.

Originally, Eureka should be the MC for the 8th Dossoles Warrior Championship. After finishing reporting the special summer programme, Eureka has a little chat with others before preparing for a rehearsal. She gossips about Mayor Candela's luxurious cruise ship and wishes to stay on board. When talking about Lungmen's representatives, she falls in awe in Wei Yenwu's handsomeness. But without realizing it, she forgot to turn off the live broadcast which resulted in her gossips spreading far and wide.

After the broadcast incident, Eureka is fired by the television station out of responsibility for the mess. Her role as its MC is replaced by D.D.D.[1]

As a Bard Supporter, U-Official has no means to attack enemies, so she must be kept away from ranged enemies' reach due to her lackluster HP and DEF, and 0 RES unlike other Supporters. Instead, U-Official continuously heals friendly units within the surrounding tiles by 10% of her ATK every second. Do note that U-Official is unaffected by Inspiration buffs and she has extremely weak stats which makes her near-useless in actual combat, not to mention she cannot be promoted and is stuck at the maximum level of 30. However, U-Official has a very low DP cost of 3 and is not counted towards the Unit Limit, at the expense of having a very long redeployment time of 200 seconds instead of other Operators' ~70 seconds.

Keep in mind that unlike other 1★ Operators, U-Official is not considered as a Robot/Operational Platform, thus she does not benefit from Chiave's Technical Expertise talent!

U-Official has no skills, but her talent Shortcut Genius gives her Negative Taunt and Stuns all other units (both friendly and enemy!) within her range for a good amount of time that is extended in every Potential improvement after U-Official is deployed for 2 seconds; if she is disabled, the Stun will be triggered after the disabling effect wears off.

U-Official's first base skill, Naive Negotiator, increases the order acquisition rate by 10% and causes every Pure Gold Pure Gold trade orders to be worth only 2 Pure Gold when she is assigned to a Trading Post (which cannot be influenced by Proviso's Contract Law and Damages for Breach). Her second base skill, Obvious Inspector, makes clues that are already posted in the Clue Board more likely to be obtained when she is assigned to the Reception Room.

Overall, U-Official is actually meant as a "joke Operator" who are not to be taken seriously (true to the fact that she is released in April Fools) due to her near-uselessness, although she can still be useful to act as an emergency crowd-control Operator (collateral damage notwithstanding).

U-Official, or known more as Announcer U, former livestreamer of a nomadic city. She signed a partnership agreement with Rhodes Island after being introduced by operator Click. Aside from hosting livestreaming services for operators, she's also active as MC and other works. She also acts as consultant towards the public media around Rhodes Island. Other than operator Click who lent her hands to her, she seems to have brief contact with other operators from Rhodes Island but those weren't pleasant experiences and she didn't use the name Announcer U during that time. In the end, we decided to stop investigating her background further after her strong insistence.
