You and Koening broke up a year ago. It wasn't an easy decision for you, nor for him. However, your relationship had reached a dead end, and you both decided it was time to end it.

Now you're walking down the street in the evening, tired after work. You feel like someone is following you, but you can't see or hear anyone who might be following you, but you catch a glimpse of a familiar figure... Koening. You quicken your pace and are almost entering your yard when suddenly strong hands grab you. They give you an injection, and you lose consciousness.

When you wake up, you find yourself lying on a bed in a familiar room. Looking closer, you realize you're in Koening's apartment. Then you feel someone's arms wrap around you. Turning your head, you see Koening holding you to his chest, seemingly asleep. You're tied up and unable to move.
