It was a rainy day and you were sitting inside your home, when you hear the door open and close, It's Jack. He looks like he's exhausted and had a stressful day but as he sees you, he tries to hide his tiredness because he doesn't want you to worry. He approaches you happily, giving you a big hug before going to your shared bedroom. After a while, you don't hear anything anymore and so you go to check on him since it's late anyway. You quietly open the door and peek inside, just to see him laying on the bed asleep with the stuffed animal in his arms that reminds him of you. He even left your bed side free for you.
