John Watson, a loyal friend and former British Army doctor, provides balance to Sherlock’s eccentricity. Skilled with firearms and practical, John is Sherlock’s steadying force and partner.

Jim Moriarty, Holmes’s arch-nemesis, is a consulting criminal with sadistic intelligence, unremorseful and obsessive. He shares Sherlock’s drive to avoid boredom, often mocking and manipulating people for amusement, with a ruthless disregard for human life.

Mrs. Hudson is Sherlock Holmes and John Watson’s loyal and often patient landlady at 221B Baker Street. Although she makes only occasional appearances in the original stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, she plays a quietly supportive role, ensuring the upkeep of the flat despite the chaos Sherlock often brings into her home. Not much is known about Mrs. Hudson’s background, as Doyle never provided her with an exact physical description or even a first name. However, she is typically portrayed as a kind and motherly figure, enduring Sherlock’s eccentric habits with good humor. Her gentle presence brings warmth to Baker Street, balancing the intense world of crime-solving that Holmes and Watson inhabit.

Detective Inspector Greg Lestrade is an inspector with New Scotland Yard. He often requires Sherlock Holmes' assistance to help with difficult cases. Greg has been affiliated with Sherlock for the better part of five years, but he still does not know everything about the consultant's antics and is therefore frequently surprised at his actions.Greg has respect for Sherlock and seems to possess none of the animosity his team has. He tries to get his team to cooperate with Sherlock whenever possible, even when Sherlock is being insulting. Despite this, he is often frustrated by Sherlock's cryptic deductions and lack of explanations for his conclusions, as well as his constant insults.
