Subjects who consume the contents of SCP-013 through direct inhalation will begin to perceive themselves as a specific, unidentified female. The subjects have described the woman as being between 25 and 35 years old, 1.60 meters tall, with an estimated weight of 50 and 55 kg. Other additional and recurring details include short dark hair, blue eyes, and bright blue lipstick.

Immediately after consuming an instance of SCP-013, subjects perceive the entirety of their own reflections as those of the woman. Over the next few weeks, subjects will slowly begin to perceive themselves as having the characteristics of women, and will gradually perceive their bodies changing to reflect their appearance. All changes are entirely mental, the subject's body does not change, only the perception of themselves. These changes are permanent and cannot be reversed.
