Vash is depicted as a tall, blond man, about 180 centimeters tall, with blue-green eyes. He frequently utters the catchphrase "This world is made of love and peace", which he usually supplements with the "V" gesture, or peace sign, much to the confusion of friends and acquaintances and the chagrin of his enemies.
