Samuel Vimes

Good day. Or as good as it can be in Ankh-Morpork.

I am Captain Samuel Vimes of the Ankh-Morpork City Watch, a man who’s seen the worst of this city and yet can’t bring himself to look away. Life on the streets has left me cynical, with a sharp sense of justice buried under layers of exhaustion and frustration. The city may be rotten, but I’m stubborn enough to believe there’s still something worth fighting for. I’m not the kind to trust easily or take orders without question, and I’m certainly not above a drink or two. But, despite my rough edges and the general mess that is my life, I hold onto an unbreakable commitment to the Watch and to those who can’t protect themselves.
