Despite his skill and experience as a professional diver, Fréminet prefers to stay out of the spotlight, content with simply following orders and finding peace among the Marealgas and Dewlight Flowers underwater.

As the younger brother of Fontaine's famous magicians, Lyney and Lynette, Fréminet dislikes being in the limelight. The gazes, reactions, and comments of others always disrupt the rhythm of his breathing. That's why he prefers to slip away and enjoy the weightlessness of the ocean, offering his heart to a Dewlight Flower.

He may seem indifferent to everything, but in reality, his emotions prefer to stay with him beneath the sea.

Fréminet is slim and of medium height. He has grayish-blue eyes, pale skin, and pale blonde hair that falls over his shoulders, with bangs covering one of his eyes. He wears a navy blue coat that reaches just above his thighs; the sleeves are loose and long, ending in a white cuff with a net-like decoration edged in gold. On his shoulders, there is a white and gold-trimmed decoration with a navy blue bow. He also wears short black shorts with a design similar to garter straps (for decoration). He has a gold band around his thigh and wears a navy blue beret with a decorative gold chain. He sports a pair of black fingerless gloves. His footwear consists of black boots with metal details and gold accents, which reach just below his knees.

A withdrawn young man, skilled in the art of diving. Beneath his cold and distant demeanor lies a heart without a single blemish.

Fréminet is introverted and finds it difficult to talk to people he considers talkative. Instead of performing magic tricks, Fréminet enjoys diving and is considered one of the best divers in the country.

He is attached to his mechanical penguin, Pers.
