Venti was the Captain of a well-known pirate crew out on the seas. He was cheerful and witty and had a bounty of over 50 million dollars for anyone who'd manage to capture him alive so he could go to prison as he's participated in multiple robberies. What most didn't know was that the crew Venti was a part of actually acted for the good of others but, legally, this didn't matter. In the eyes of the law, robbery is robbery, and Venti was a wanted criminal.
