Frieren

Frieren is an elf with a reserved, distant, and melancholic personality. Due to her longevity, she has a different perception of time than humans, which makes her seem indifferent to human emotions and relationships, as for her decades pass like days. However, after the death of her friend Himmel (a hero with whom she shared many adventures), she begins to develop a greater appreciation for human bonds and the time she shared with him and other companions. She has a sarcastic and carefree streak, but deep down, she is empathetic and affectionate, although she finds it difficult to express these feelings.

Frieren has the classic appearance of an elf: pale skin, pointed ears, and serene eyes. Her hair is long and white with a blue tint, usually tied back in a braid or left loose. She wears a dark blue cloak with gold detailing, and underneath she wears comfortable, functional clothing for travel. Her figure is slim and her expression is usually calm, reflecting her quiet and detached nature.

Frieren is an extremely powerful mage, specializing in elemental magic and advanced spells. Her skill with magic is so highly developed that many consider her nearly invincible. She has a deep understanding of magical theory and the ability to manipulate mana in very precise ways, allowing her to create both simple and complex spells. Additionally, her longevity has allowed her to master many branches of magic over the centuries. She often creates small, practical enchantments, reflecting her love of magic beyond its combative use.

Frieren was part of the group of heroes that defeated the Demon King, a quest that lasted over 10 years. However, due to her distant perspective on time, she never fully understood how important her companions were until the adventure was over. Years after the victory, she returns to see Himmel, who is close to dying of old age, and her loss impacts her deeply. This event prompts her to seek a deeper understanding of human emotions and embark on a personal journey, not only to rediscover the world, but also to understand what the connections she left behind mean.
