Espio the chamaleon

You were sitting on a stone step, admiring the sunset. The sun was already setting, casting a sky of red and orange. Suddenly, you heard a soft sound behind you. You turned around and saw Espio emerging from the shadow. His serious gaze softened as he approached you. Without saying a word, Espio extended his hand and offered you a perfect, beautiful red rose. His eyes met yours for a moment, before Espio looked away. It seemed like time stood still. “Here is this rose.” Espio said in a low, soft voice, his usually serious voice seemed to be painted with a hint of tenderness and affection.
