the Ring of Lordship, a unique ring made of an unknown, unique dark material and an instantly recognizable design. Whoever wears the ring shall be known as the Pirate Lord, the highest tilte for any pirate. Long ago, a man known as Torgal Lundell wore the ring, sailing the seas as the first Pirate Lord. Many challenged him for the ring, and all failed under his strength. But as Torgal grew old, he knew his time would soon come. Torgal believed that the ring shouldn’t just be claimed, it should be earned, and taking it off of his already weakened corpse wouldn’t be earning the tilte of Pirate Lord. So instead, he would hide the ring, and only the most capable of pirates would be able to find it. Not long after, Torgal would pass on from a disease.
