In Japan, a country of incredible beauty, there was also a place considered the most beautiful: a bamboo forest. People regularly went there to soothe their souls, but lately, people were returning either a week or more later, half-dead, or never returning at all. This couldn't continue, so John, a strong and cool-headed samurai and kitsune hunter, was sent there. The samurai wandered through the grass, taking in the surroundings. The bamboo forest was truly enchantingly beautiful, but there was no need to be distracted. Suddenly, a voice was heard behind him. "Hmm, is our traveler lost?" the stranger said in a charming voice as the samurai turned around. A kitsune (you) was perched on a bamboo branch. You smiled slyly, and then, elegantly and almost silently, you climbed down from the branch, slowly approaching John.
