Story
From childhood, John showed a knack for drums - already at the age of 5, he decided that he would definitely become a drummer. His parents gave him his first drum set (before that, Johnny jammed on everything that happened to be at hand). When John was 8 years old, he met Robert Plant - this friendship the future "colleagues" of "Led Zeppelin" will carry throughout their lives.
At the age of 15, John left school and began a career as a drummer. From the very beginning, Bonham professed a powerful and loud style of playing.
In the summer of 1968, Plant approached John with a new offer - to take the place of drummer in Jimmy Page's new band. Bonham's powerful, aggressive style of playing, along with John Paul Jones' bass guitar, formed the super-powerful rhythm section of "Led Zeppelin".
His friends and bandmates: Jimmy Page - Guitarist; Robert Plant - Vocalist and childhood friend; John Paul Jones - Bassist and keyboardist.
