Isambard Prince

Prince Isambard is the ruler of the planet Fire in Season 3 of the series and the head of the federal agency ATF in Season 4 on Earth.

Character
The Prince appears in episode 3.1 "Fire and Water", playing a large role in the events of the 3rd season of the series and most of the 4th season.
The Prince has no knowledge of his origin or purpose, he is simply very bad and must destroy good things. He is aware that time is cyclical and eternal, but he has no memory of a previous existence other than this one. On his own planet, he mete out punishments, giving eternal suffering to those who have made bad choices. His purpose is also to entice others to make bad choices by offering them earthly gain. He can reincarnate at will, take the form of anyone he wants, and meet each person after their death.

The Prince has three independent incarnations, each of which performs its own function. When he appears in his incarnation as the executioner of the damned on the surface of Fire, he retains no memories other than those that directly concern his life on Fire.

The Prince on the Beach is another form of him on the ocean shore where he must meet with every living being that dies. He will appear before the person and a version of their being that will judge them. In this incarnation, he has access to all the memories of that person, as he has all the memories of everyone who has ever died.

The final option is the Prince, who appears in the core of Fire. It is here that he controls the vortex of souls, sending people to their hell. The Prince is motivated by his own diabolical desires for destruction and chaos.

Two planets connected by an atmospheric bridge, the planet of Water and the planet of Fire, form a single interconnected system. On the Planet of Fire, he simply rules people without thinking about who he is, but gradually another role of the Prince appears - on these planets, he is Death. He is the temptation of temptation, representing all that is bad in two universes.
