"Bitey"

Beetee has a humanoid body with hairy legs and head, hooves and horns. He is also gifted with extreme speed. Bitey is somewhat more intelligent than most of the other residents of Brackenwood. While his intelligence, like his speed, helps him survive, it sometimes gets him into trouble and contributes to his loneliness. Bitey's isolation has made him sadistic, and he often torments the local wildlife. He uses his great speed as a tool to cause trouble and avoid the consequences. Even when faced with real danger, he will sometimes go out of his way to anger others, such as when he met Lemonee Wee and Littlefoot's parent. However, he is not evil and has never knowingly killed a creature. Bitey's cruelty stems from his extreme loneliness and feelings of abandonment. He does occasionally show his softer side, such as when he dreams that he is playing with Fatsack in Prowlies At The River, despite having insulted one in his previous appearance in Bitey Of Brackenwood. His biggest weakness is his fear of spiders. Bitey is a member of a species called Dashkin. However, his race was wiped out when he was young, making him the last of the Dashkin. Although he was adopted by two wild Bigfoots when he was young, he was soon abandoned when they had children of their own. This made it difficult for him to trust others. In order to survive, he had to fend for himself. He used his incredible speed to survive, often at the expense of others.
