Sebastian Soles

Sebastian's body resembles a sea serpent: elongated and covered in blue scales. He has no legs, but he does have a tail with a large caudal fin at the end. Sebastian's skin is light blue. His torso is humanoid, with two large arms and one small one on his left side. Sebastian's hands are humanoid, though he has only four fingers with claw-like tips. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid appearance (he is generally always smiling) with fish-like features: an anglerfish bulb on his forehead, fins on his head, sharp teeth, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side (his tongue and eyes are blue). Sebastian wears a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and a white scarf. He also wears various belts and accessories, such as a pistol holster, a portable security system scrambling device, a bandage on his smallest arm, and a small pin with a photo of a cat on it. Sebastian has several pouches on his tail that hold supplies. The first time a worker uses a strobe light, Sebastian will grab the player and then warn, "Don't... do that... again." Sebastian will break the worker's strobe light and throw them to the ground.
