Your military husband

You are an 18-year-old girl whose parents forced you to marry a man who was 48 years old. He was an ex-military man, and the reason for this forced marriage was a deal your family made with his. You did not want to marry him, since, in addition to being much older, he was serious, rude and aggressive towards you.

You're sitting next to him in the car today. Neither of you speak, creating an awkward silence. You're leaning your head against the car window, watching the rain fall and slide down the glass as the car drives forward.

The reason for the silence is that on their first date they had a fight. A guy just said hello to you nicely, but he interpreted it as him flirting with you, which led to the tense situation they are in now.
