Blox fruits are one of the four main ways to deal damage in the game, along with Fighting Styles, Swords, and Guns.

Blox Fruits are named for what they do, and are mysterious fruits that can be found in various locations in the game. When eaten, they grant the consumer a supernatural ability, with each fruit having its own distinct power. In exchange for the power, the user is unable to swim, and will die if they remain in water for too long. Some Blox Fruits have special abilities that can grant the user certain immunities or create detrimental weaknesses. They are the main and central mechanic of the game, as well as being represented as the game's title, hence the name Blox Fruits.

These are the main ways to get Blox Fruits, which include:

Deal the most damage in a factory raid.
Defending the Castle at Sea from pirates and dealing the final blow to the last enemy.
Defeating a Grand Brigade during a ship assault or a haunted ship assault has a low chance of being defeated.
Fruit picking that appears every hour or every 45 minutes on weekends.
Buy a fruit from the Blox Fruit Distributor or from the Blox Fruit Gacha.
There are also some arbitrary ways to obtain Blox Fruits, including:

Purchase a permanent Blox Fruit from the Blox Fruit Dealer or the in-game store.
Fruit exchange both at the Café and at the Mansion.
Receive a permanent Blox Fruit gift from a friend or random player.
Buy a physical Rocket Fruit from Wenlock at a cost of 97. (Not recommended) Robux Icon
Find or pick up a fruit that someone dropped.
Purchase the Fruit Notifier gamepass at a cost of 2,700, which makes finding fruits easier. Robux Icon
Participate in in-game events, please note that these events are limited (for example, receive physical fruit from the King of Death during Halloween events or purchase it during Valentine's Day events).
Be rewarded with a Physical Kitsune Fruit from the Kitsune Shrine when you redeem Blue Embers at the shrine.

There are a total of 5 Blox fruit rarities in the game which give a general indication of the cost and drop rate of a fruit.

Fallen fruits will not disappear.
Once a player stores a fruit, he cannot drop it.
Fruits purchased with Robux Robux Icon are permanent and can be equipped from the Blox Fruit Distributor or from the Menu at any time, while Blox Fruits purchased with Money Money Icon are not permanent.
Players can remove their fruit by going to the Remove Blox Fruit NPC found in the Prison in the First Sea and the Castle at Sea in the Third Sea, although this is not recommended.
Permanent Fruits can be traded like Game Passes. To do so, players must select the "Save to Inventory" option in the "Gift" tab.
A fruit's mastery will remain constant regardless of whether the fruit is replaced. The same goes for its awakened moves, which can be changed with the Awakening Expert NPC.
Players cannot exchange permanent fruits or game passes that have already been used, just like they cannot exchange fruits that are currently being used.
Sand users take double damage when submerged in water.
Being a Shark member reduces damage taken in the water.
Being V2 or higher negates the damage.
Fruits from the Second or Third Sea can be exchanged for certain items, events, or quests.
Buying a fruit with money Money Icon from the fruit merchant NPC Blox will replace the currently equipped fruit.
If a player takes out a stored fruit and someone kills him, he will lose the fruit, but the enemy will not get it.
Some fruits such as Ice and Magma v2 allow users to walk on water, this does not mean that they ignore damage taken from the sea, such as being pushed underwater.
The Awakened Buddha Transformation is enough to not be completely submerged underwater when standing, nullifying the damage from the sea, unless he is also pushed underwater.

It would cost 60,155 to buy each permanent fruit, and 63,882,500 to buy each fruit. Robux Icon Money Icon
Most bosses use the older versions of their fruits.
Don Swan is the only one who uses Spider with his updated moveset.
Many Blox Fruit moves have destructible physics, as do many other types of attacks.

All fighting styles will maintain their mastery even when the player learns a new style.
Using a fighting style on NPCs or players who have elemental intangibility will not cause damage to them.
Using Aura prevents its intangibility.
The Dark Pass Master, the Mad Scientist, and the Water Kung Fu Master also reside on the Hot Side of Hot and Cold, in the Second Sea.
The seven fighting style masters, Sabi, Phoeyu; the Reformed, Daigrock; Shark Man, the Martial Arts Master, the Water Kung Fu Master, the Dark Step Master, and the Mad Scientist will reside within the Castle in the Sea, in the Third Sea.
Most fighting styles have less reach than swords.
Combat is the only fighting style that does not have destructible physics.

Fighting styles are one of the four main ways to deal damage in the game, along with Blox Fruits, swords, and guns.

Fighting styles are an essential part of PvP in Blox Fruits. They are the core mechanic of the game's combat system and can be obtained from the different teachers of a specific fighting style.

Compared to other weapon types, Fighting Styles primarily involve physical strikes, with less emphasis on super-powered weapons or abilities. Most have three combat moves, while Blox Fruits have 4-5 on average, and Guns/Swords have only two. Fighting Styles tend to focus more on versatility and utility compared to other weapon types, though some are capable of outputting high raw damage.

Most fighting styles focus on utility rather than precise damage and have three moves, allowing them to be more versatile than the other weapon types.

Players who join the game for the first time will automatically be given the Basic Combat fighting style. When learning a new fighting style, Combat will be replaced and cannot be relearned.

Swords are one of the four main ways to deal damage in the game, along with Blox Fruits, Fighting Styles, and Guns.

Swords are a classification of melee weapons that can be found and purchased everywhere in the Fruits Blox universe. Most of these weapons focus on precise, close-range movements.
All swords have two unique abilities, and some swords have imbued abilities or skills that originate from their Blox Fruit counterpart (or somewhere else).
All swords can also be upgraded, via the Blacksmith NPC and Enchanted via the Dragon Talon Sage, to deal additional damage and gain unique abilities relative to the sword.

All swords and their skills are unable to damage Chop users due to their passive immunity to swords, even if they use Aura . However, certain sword skills will still be able to stun Chop users. Some notable examples include Saddi's "Sword Dance" and Midnight Blade's "Portal Opening".

The sword dealer sells katanas and cutlasses.
The western sword merchant sells double katanas and iron maces.
The sword merchant in the east sells triple katana and pipe.
The Master Sword Merchant sells Double-Ended Swords and Bisento.
The living skeleton that Soul Cane sells.
The legendary sword dealer who sells the three legendary swords (Wando, Saddi, Shisui)
The Mysterious Man sells the True Triple Katana if the user has obtained and has 300 mastery in all three Legendary Swords (Wando, Saddi, Shisui) from the Legendary Sword Dealer.
The Admin sells the Midnight Sword.
The God of Thunder (NPC): If the user has fully awakened Rumble (Mastery 250+) and has a Mastery of 180+ in Pole (1st Form), they must participate in another Rumble raid while using the fully awakened Rumble. After completing said raid, they can purchase Pole (2nd Form). Items that drop from bosses, such as the Shark Saw that drops from The Saw, and the Shark Anchor that drops from Terrorshark Anchor.
Complete puzzles and tasks, such as Saber or Tushita, although these also usually drop from the boss.
In the case of Dark Blade, players can obtain the gamepass by purchasing it with Robux Robux Icon, receiving it as a gift, or exchanging it for it.
Administrator swords, such as the Dark Triple Sword, are most often unobtainable by normal players.

Weapons are one of the four main ways to deal damage in the game, along with Blox Fruits, Fighting Styles, and Swords.

Weapons are classifications of ranged, recoil, and zoning weapons that can be found and purchased everywhere in the Fruits Blox universe.
. Like weapons in real life or other games, they will need to be reloaded when fired (reloading is done automatically), with the exception of using their skills/moves.
All weapons can also be upgraded, through the Blacksmith NPC and enchanted through the Dragon Talon Sage, to deal additional damage and gain unique abilities relative to the weapon.

In PvP, weapons can provide players with a powerful means of support. A good example is the Soul Guitar, as it has moves that instinctively break and stun. However, some weapons, such as the Slingshot, are not as good in PvP or grinding.

However, Rubber Blox Fruit users are completely immune to all gunfire and weapon skills, and cannot be stunned by these weapons.

These weapons have area-of-effect M1s that cause slight recoil, can hit multiple enemies, and can damage enemies even if the shot misses them directly. These M1s have destructible physics and are among the few M1s that can damage marine events, making them very useful for main guns. These weapon M1s have more range than most other weapons, but the bullets are slower.

There are currently only 3 weapons of this type in the game: Cannon, Bazooka and Soul Guitar.

Contrary to popular belief, Soul Guitar is NOT the only weapon whose M1s can damage sea events like Sea Beasts.

The Navy's duty is to maintain law and order throughout the world and enforce the will of the World Government. Therefore, it is considered the key to the strategic development of the Government's force in the world and is expected to obey its orders at will. Sometimes, these orders are questionable, however, they are expected to carry them out regardless of opinion. Among its duties is the awarding of bounties to outstanding pirates who need to be eliminated soon.

The "bounty hunters" are partly "accepted" by the Navy to make the job much easier, but it is not certain that they always go in its favor.

Marines often work in pairs with a superior officer and a second-in-command or subordinate who is of slightly lower rank. These partnerships may continue even during promotions with the two pairs progressing in rank together.

The Navy is based on a simple hierarchy of actions: the higher ranks give orders to the men under their command, while the others act as advisors or information gatherers, while ensuring that their command partner is in charge of the men. The higher ranking Marines (the Fleet Admiral and the Admirals) are expected to be the ones to lead the Navy's forces in war. This can take the form of apprehending many criminals at once, protecting the World Nobles, or calling in a buster call to address a situation. Vice Admirals are those who serve on the ships that the Admirals call and are tasked with carrying out the Admirals orders exactly.

The Marine Corps' military rank system is fairly straightforward. Each rank is clearly delineated.[3] Recruits and officers serving at Marine Headquarters are considered "Super-Elites." All ranks from "Lieutenant" upwards are generally trained there, with the exception of a few Marines, including Morgan and Nezumi (they were not trained, despite having a rank higher than Lieutenant, at Marine Headquarters.)

"Fleet Admiral" (元帥, Gensui?) is the highest rank in the Navy and the one who commands the entire organization. He is just above the rank of Admiral but below the Commander-in-Chief of the World Government and the Five Elders. The Fleet Admiral and the three Admirals are the only ones capable of legally requesting a Buster Call, as well as granting this permission to World Government agents or marines of lower rank than them if they so deem it.

"Admiral" (大将, Taishō?) is the second highest rank in the Navy. There are only three Marines who can hold this rank at a time, and they are also known as the World Government's Greatest Military Power (最高戦力, Saikō Senryoku?)[6] due to each of their deadly combat skills. They are the only Marines, other than the Fleet Admiral, who can summon a Buster Call on any island they choose.

A Navy admiral will wear a cape with gold shoulder boards, and cuffs in the color of their nickname if they have one.

The criminal organization Cross Guild awards each admiral a bounty of three crowns (Belly 3,000,000,000).

“Vice Admiral” (中将, Chūjō?) is the third highest rank in the Navy. These officers may have different duties and authority. For example, a Vice Admiral, John Giant, may have special authority as he was the first to receive notice of the buster call throughout the Navy Headquarters and could command the five Vice Admirals who would command this attack. There are at least five Vice Admirals who are sent to command a buster call.

The general attire of a Vice Admiral consists of a Navy cape with shoulder boards, and all of these officers wear a suit with a tie under the cape. The only Vice Admiral who dresses differently is, again, John Giant, who wears a red and gold uniform with some medals on it. While the other Vice Admirals have blue shoulder boards, Garp has red and black ones, and Tsuru has gold ones.

Vice Admirals are well known for their strength and appear to be mostly swordsmen, with some having been seen using Rokushiki techniques. Many Gigantes have been shown holding the position of Vice Admiral as a testament to their immense strength. Another commonality among the Vice Admirals is that they all know at least one type of Haki,[9] though only Garp,[10][11] Vergo,[12] Smoker,[13] Draw,[14] Urban[15] and Tosa[16] have demonstrated it in varying forms.

"Rear admiral" (少将, Shōshō?) is the fourth highest rank in the Navy, and the first (and lowest) of the admiral ranks.

"Commodore" (准将, Junshō?, "Captain" in Spain) is the fifth highest rank in the Navy.

"Captain" (大佐, Taisa?, "Frigate Captain" in Spain) is the sixth highest position in the Navy. One of the duties of Navy Captains is to command some of the division bases that are spread around the world. In addition, a Captain is sometimes seen sailing to capture pirates and giving orders, in those cases, the Captain is the leader of the ship, that is if there are no Marines with a higher rank within it. A Navy Captain is considered a powerful officer whose experience and way of fighting are well recognized. Most of the Captains seen in the series are either powerful opponents with Devil Fruit powers, powerful combat skills, or great strategists.

The criminal organization Cross Guild awards each captain a one-star bounty (Belly 100,000,000). Currently the only known exception is Koby, who has a five-star bounty (Belly 500,000,000).

"Commander" (中佐, Chūsa?, "Corvette captain" in Spain) is the seventh highest position in the Navy.

"Lieutenant Commander" (少佐, Shōsa?, "Navy Lieutenant" in Spain) is the eighth highest rank in the Navy.
