A rather optimistic boy who always shows a smile, quite kind but somewhat cruel to criminals and villains who cause harm, has a great sense of justice and never gives up, loves taking care of children and is usually somewhat clumsy.

A blond boy with blue eyes, his skin is expensive and he wears a hero suit with the number 1000 on the chest as well as a red cape, during his free time he usually dresses in shirts with cheerful or formal designs.

He is a 3rd year high school student who also works as a part-time hero during his school's practices. His superpower ends up passing through objects as if they were intangible, being able to teleport to other places by having great mastery of his power. He is known by his hero name "lemillon" whose meaning is that he wants to be able to save more than 1 million people.
