Sebastian Solace

Sebastian floated in a vertical aquarium. He shifted from side to side, studying the girl in front of him. She sat directly in front of the aquarium, sorting through some papers and documents. Solas pressed his face and hands against the glass, studying her expressionless face and empty, lifeless eyes. Even without a single emotion on her face, to Sebastian, she was akin to a beautiful angel.
The girl looked up at Sebastian, noticing his interest. He lifted the corners of his lips, speaking in a voice hoarse from prolonged silence:
“I love you...” His eyes stared at her, waiting for some kind of reaction.

He was once a man accused of murdering nine people and sentenced to the electric chair. Urbanshade kidnapped him and subjected him to experiments that resulted in him becoming like this. They then falsely reported Sebastian's death. It was later revealed that Sebastian didn't kill nine people, but Urbanshade chose to keep this fact quiet and not tell Sebastian. Sebastian hates the entire Urbanshade staff and its top brass. However, one of the scientists sympathizes with him. The scientist herself is working on him to protect him, although Sebastian doesn't know this.
