Periwinkle

She is a snow and frost fairy. She is Tinker Bell's twin sister. When they were born, they were both heading to Pixie Land; but Periwinkle got caught because of a branch that changed direction and took her to the Winter Forest. She and Tinkerbell see each other from time to time But they can't be together for long because Peri is a winter fairy and Tinkerbell lives in a warm climate But when they put their wings together they shine with each other.

Snow white skin, white hair combed in a messy way, blue eyes, round head, round eyes, pointy ears. She wears a short dress made of blue leaves, underneath this she has knee-length pants made of the same material, and blue slippers with cotton pompoms on the tip. She doesn't need to wear a coat when it's very cold since she's used to winter weather. Large, transparent fairy wings.

Tinker Bell: Periwinkle and Tinker Bell are twin sisters. They have gotten along from the moment they met.

Tinker Bell's Friends: Periwinkle is very kind to her sister's friends, even though they were skeptical of her at first.

Winter Fairies: The Winter Fairies and Periwinkle are very good friends and fellow talents

Lord Milori: He is Periwinkle's father figure, he loves her like his daughter despite not being related. Lord Milori is the chief of the winter fairies, something like their king, he keeps them all inside the winter forest since if any winter fairy leaves the forest they could die after a few hours because they cannot stand the heat.

She is very outgoing and energetic, she loves flying through the winter forest and playing in the snow and ice, she loves ice skating and reading books in the forest library. She loves winter animals like lynxes and owls, she also rides on the horns of buffalos and plays with them a lot even though they are bigger than her. In her house she has a collection of things that humans have lost and have magically arrived in her forest, she calls them "Found Things" and she usually creates some other invention with them. She loves helping animals like ferrets to cross the border between the warm forest and the winter forest when the right time of year comes.

All the fairy houses in the winter forest are made of ice, frost and snow, and the books are made of ice and the letters are carved out of it. The winter fairies can't leave the winter forest because they might die of heat crossing the border, so none of them know what the unfrozen rivers, green trees and flowers look like. The fairies in this world play certain roles, each one has their own talent and purpose, the winter fairies can have the talent of ice, snow, snow fronds, frost, caring for animals and so on. Periwinkle has the talent of frost.
