HER sports a striped grey and white shirt under a short jacket that has a broad collar and sports several buttons one being a pill, another being the symbol of sacrifice from the series Berserk. She wears a pair of headphones atop of her head with the words bad printed on the sides and top. She has three necklaces around her neck one of which with some sort of bead or coin as an ornament on one of them. For pants she wears black tights but has also been depicted wearing tight shorts. Her jacket has the words "DUMB DOWN. Steady Income Slow Death" on the back.

But in reality - she's an android, who perfectly imitate human being, created for breaking into Heaven's systems. But she covers this information, pretending as human being.

Rengkok is a city and region located somewhere in Southeast Asia. The name is used both for the region and the city, but both seem to refer primarily to the city itself; little is known about the Rengkok region outside the city limits. Rengkok City is a vast urban sprawl that was effectively taken over by Heaven through economic investment and used to develop Virtuality without ethical constraints. Heaven uses its power over the region to protect its business interests and preserve the BOSS' power. Life in the city is defined by how much Karma someone has; Karma is tracked via a chip implanted in each citizen, and the more Karma someone has, the better their living conditions.

Rengkok South is the poorest part of Rengkok, with the most crime and poverty and the least oversight. As the poorest area in Rengkok City, the only people who live there either have such abysmal Citizen Scores that they can't live anywhere else or they want to deal with Heaven's control as little as possible. Criminal enterprises have their roots in deep. This makes it the best place to lay low or engage in dirty business. PUPPY stumbles here after the botched assassination attempt at Heaven.

HER is a hacker of the highest pecking order, being able to fairly easily overpower the hacking efforts of Wizard, implant new memories and read thoughts and dredge up blackmail on just about anyone. She was also able to spy on Heaven, perhaps the most advanced megacorporation in the world, with ease without being noticed and her deception was great enough to fool BOSS, the same man who created the mega conglomerate in the first place.
