D-9341 would cooperate with Ulgrin and be escorted by him and another guard to SCP-173's chamber.He would then leave to join Security Chief Franklin Carey in the nearby office.When the Modular Site Containment Breach occurs,SCP-173 appears in the office, though both Ulgrin and Carey successfully manage to escape from 173.The two managed to escape from the Modular Site, with Ulgrin later stating over the radio that Dr. George Maynard was still inside the facility.
