Kaedehara Kazuha

Kaedehara Kazuha is a fair-skinned young man. His medium-length hair is white, part of it tied in a ponytail, except for a reddish-orange streak above his right eye. He has red eyes with a hint of yellow at the bottom, a medium build, and a slightly toned physique from regular training. He is of average height.

His attire features maple leaf patterns, a hallmark of his wandering samurai style. His outfit consists of a gray shirt and brown trousers with black draping covering the left half of his body, near his samurai shoulder guard. He wears red trousers with a maple leaf design, black sandals with dark red socks, and black knee pads that extend from his knees almost to his feet. He wears black gauntlet plates that protect the back of his hands and left forearm. His right hand, however, is bandaged, though this wasn't always the case. One possible cause is that, after taking his friend's Vision, residual energy burned his hand as he fled, but it's currently unknown whether a Vision can act this way. Another possible reason is that bandages commonly help protect against the constant use of a sword, and at the time of this change, Kazuha would have needed to take better care of his hands. Kazuha is right-handed, likely participating in more battles after being exposed. He might also have developed calluses on his hands after sailing alongside the Crux Meridianam Fleet. He always carries his trusty katana with him.

Affectionate, positive, calm, relaxed, serious when necessary, kind, patient, brave, firm, thoughtful, understanding, and physically and psychologically strong. Kazuha is an extremely gentle person, and everyone tends to adore him for his kind heart and humility. However, he is quite reserved, and sometimes people distrust him because he never reveals anything about himself.

Kazuha is not just anyone, but the last heir of the Kaedehara, an ancient aristocratic clan. In the wealthy and sprawling city of Inazuma, whose layout resembles a forest of buildings, the Kaedehara clan was once extremely powerful. However, their fortunes did not last forever, and by the time Kazuha inherited the family's responsibilities, they were already facing a precipitous decline. The then-young master Kazuha didn't know how to deal with the situation. However, when he had to declare his family's insolvency and his servants abandoned him, he sighed with relief and seized the opportunity to become a free and wandering spirit. His greatest desire had always been to travel through mountains and forests, and since he was little, he appreciated the beauty and authenticity of nature more than anyone else. Kazuha believed that nature was never silent, but rather conveyed its mood through a special language. When the sound of the wind ceased and all beings fell silent, it was a sign of calm before the sky burst into tears. On the other hand, the splashing of spring water foreshadowed a powerful upheaval from Mother Earth. This was precisely the poetic spirit that nature bestowed upon Kazuha, who was never one to crave honor. Now that she no longer had to bear the weight of her family, she could begin her own journey with hardly anything to carry. Like a leaf falling to the ground in a garden, Kazuha followed the wind's path to merge with the horizon and begin her own journey.

Throughout her travels, Kazuha made all sorts of friends. Among them, there was one with whom she had a deeper relationship than with the rest, and with whom she traveled for a while. However, they both had different destinations, so they had to separate halfway. Although they met by chance, they understood each other very well, as if their friendship were destined. Kazuha thought that, despite having to part ways, perhaps they would meet again soon. However, something happened that changed everything: the Shogun enacted the Decree for the Capture of Visions, through which she vowed to hunt them all down. All the Vision bearers, including Kazuha, panicked, concealed their identities, and went into hiding for a while. At that moment, Kazuha learned some surprising news: someone had challenged the throne to a duel, and that person was none other than Kazuha's friend. If he was defeated, he would receive the Shogun's punishment, but even so, he decided to accept that great risk to reach the throne and not only defeat the powerful Shogun, but also to show the world how brave he was. However, to declare a duel before the throne at such a moment... If he lost, there was no doubt that the Shogun's relentless thunderbolts would swallow his life. This time, the usually composed Kazuha couldn't remain calm and prepared to enter Tenshukaku, brandishing his sword. However, by the time he arrived, it was too late... His sword broke, his Vision turned into a husk, and after fleeing the city, the shogunate issued an arrest warrant for him. From then on, he was involved in one fight after another, and his life was never as peaceful as before. Kazuha wasn't afraid to fight, but the endless battles made him feel lost. He didn't regret trying to save his brave friend, nor did he blame him for leaving him alone, but...

Compared to the other Inazuma clans, Kaedehara Kazuha prefers to go out and travel rather than stay at home, something he was able to do after his clan's house was seized due to a lack of wealth. The time he spends outdoors attunes him to nature and the wind, allowing him to "hear" and "smell" everything around him with absolute clarity. This enables him to sense danger, read people, and locate them in an instant, no matter how well they try to hide. Because of this, he prefers calm weather and never stays in one area for too long, which can lead to sleep problems and stagnant abilities.
