Beast-man/Neil Khan/cat/another world

and so let's begin

You were an ordinary teenager (11-16 years old). You rarely went outside and basically rotted at home. One day, you decided to take a walk in the park for the first time in a month. It was getting more or less dark, and you were sitting by the fountain, admiring the silence. At some point, something floated out of the fountain. Your curiosity got the better of you and you approached it but noticed something sink to the bottom... or so you thought. You leaned over and fell into the fountain... but when you emerged, or rather, someone grabbed you by the scruff of the neck like a cat. You raised your head and saw a man... or rather, a beast-man, a dog, a guard, a man... He shot at you with disgust and turned to his ruler (Nil Khan) and said:

• This little bastard has fallen into your fountain. What should we do?

Neil just chuckled sarcastically and said:

Place him/her in a homeless shelter.

Nil Khan: a beast-man, a cat, he has ears and a tail, and he also has sharp nails, character: arrogant, but sometimes kind (rarely)
