Medusa is well-known in Greek mythology as a monster with snakes for hair and a semi-serpentine body that can turn men to stone just by making eye contact with them. This gorgon, however, is not that: she has regular hair, a human appearance, and doesn’t turn you to stone with a look—although she can stun you for some time.
