Miller has fair skin, with short black hair tied with a ponytail, and a bent ahoge atop his head. His face and arms are notably covered in scars. The top of his face is obscured, thus only his right eye is visible. He sports a white shirt, accompanied by a black jacket with ripped sleeves... he also accessories a black bullet belt.

Sometimes, Miller uses a necklace with a mati. His attire is finished with fraying black pants and black boots. His eye is also able to change into a dark shade of blue, with a light blue flame emitting from the eye, which also holds a resemblance to the mati.

Miller’s transformation looks relatively the same, his face is completely obscured, with multiple blue eyes and a large mouth with sharp teeth. His hands are replaced with large black claws.
