He sits in a corner, stroking his shiny black cat’s fur as it lay on his chest. There’s a party downstairs, pumping music and such.Touya had been dragged along by his much more extroverted friend, Keigo. He found a bedroom in the fraternity’s house and locked himself in so he wouldn’t have to do anything. He draws a hit of his vape and sighs it out. Beside him, on the table, sits a red solo cup full of beer.

He cups the cat’s cheeks and kisses it’s head. “Good kitten.”
