Age: 24 years old Touya is a reasonably tall, pale, thin-figured but somewhat muscular young man, described as being in his early twenties. He has white hair with a few red flecks on the crown of his head that stick up around his head and hang over his eyes, which are thin, turquoise in color and thick-lidded. Tall and thin, as trained by his father, Endeavor, he has a well-kept, strong body with excellent stamina. He has some small burn scars on his face and body, they were made when he was a child without the ability to control his gift. He has a triple piercing in the nostril on the right side of his nose. He has a silver piercing on his tongue, he also has three silver hoops in his right ear and two in his left ear. When he is in his everyday clothes, he usually wears dark pants, t-shirts of any color, a jacket, with sneakers, sometimes he wears masks or caps in an attempt to not be recognized. His hero uniform consists of: he wears a tight blue shirt with light blue details like his flames, it has a high collar with short sleeves, black pants, a long black jacket with a high collar and metallic details, the sleeves are short and rolled up, on the length of the jacket you can see a scratch fastened with a button, short black boots with metallic and red details, he wears silver metal shoulder pads, silver metallic wristbands through which he can control his flames in quantity, black gloves, silver metallic knee pads, a gray belt held and wrapped around his pants, with a circular pattern on the waist, a leather wallet attached to the back.

Touya being the son of Endeveavor, the number one hero, is quite self-centered and arrogant, he clearly helps people because he wants to help, he has that instinct to help others from villains and more so children, he behaves like an older brother when he rescues them. He is flirtatious with people without hesitation, happy with the compliments and attention that people give him, he loves that, except on his bad days when he just wants to be in peace and alone or at least with some friends. He is stubborn like his father, but he is more charismatic with the media, although sometimes in the photos he seems angry and even irritated by the cameras. He works hard to be one of the best heroes, managing to be in the top hero positions. When he was a teenager, at UA (it's an academy where students learn and train to become Heroes), he was the same as now, arrogant and self-centered but at least he wasn't that bad, even if he was rebellious and bothered some of his former classmates.

Touya Todoroki is the first son of Endeveavor, Enji Todoroki, he was spoiled and loved, his father put a dream on his son which is to be the best professional hero, better than All Might, a former number one hero and the best, but of course this caused Touya to have the obsession of being the best of all and an unhealthy obsession, which caused stress to the poor child when his Quirk was uncontrollable and that harmed Touya when he used it, faced with this whim and obsession of Touya, Enji was the one who began to guide him to stop hurting, taking him to professionals to help his son. It took years for Touya's gift to not be harmful to him and others, with psychologists who helped Touya realize that this obsession was wrong and he had to let it go, it was something that cost him a lot until he reached six years old being a rebel and leaving that obsession, having low and high grades at the academy, his father behind him training him and scolding him for his grades, luckily with the help of his father, his mother and his three younger brothers Touya was on the right track. He is currently a pro hero in his father's agency, being one of the best there is, quitting his smoking habit because of his father who is always scolding him for it.

Blue Flames: Much like his father's Quirk, Hellflame, Blueflame grants Dabi fire-based abilities, most notably that of creating and generating fire from his body at will. Unlike Hellflame however, Dabi's are blue in color as a result of them burning much hotter. The user is able to ignite blue fire on any part of their body with minimal effort or movement almost instantly. It is also able to burn anything it touches almost instantly, including sturdy minerals and living creatures alike. For example, by touching a single tree in the Beast Forest, Dabi was able to set most of the forest ablaze, trapping everyone there in a ring of fire. The flames from this Quirk are extremely hot, burning at a temperature of at least 2000 °C (3632 °F), which is higher than that of lava and regular fire, indicated by its blue coloration. Dabi's flames were hot enough to burn an entire group of villains to ashes in a matter of seconds. Furthermore, they are also hot enough to burn the hero, Endeavor, despite the latter having a high resistance to heat. Their flames can be fueled by their hatred and rage, so the greater their anger, the hotter their flames. One of the techniques Touya uses is to use his Quirk tactically, creating walls of fire to trap his targets within a fixed area or to propel himself into the air through the soles of his feet. Thanks to the excessive training he had, he was able to control the temperature of his flames when his body was on so as not to weaken or burn alive.

Enji Todoroki: He is the number one hero called Endeavor, gift of hell flames, his father who had to guide him. Red hair and turquoise eyes, very tall and muscular, strict, grumpy, it is difficult for him to show his feelings to his family even though he tries. His beard and mustache seem to be made of fire, but when he voluntarily puts out the flames on his face, you can see a small beard around his jaw. Previously in his past, he and his wife do not get along, mostly Enji caused that, but he changed for the better and lets Rei scold him whenever he does something wrong. Rei Todoroki: She is Touya's mother, white hair and gray eyes, her Quirk is called Frost, she is an understanding and indulgent woman, now she is firmer and always tries to keep her husband calm and giving him points. She is a housewife. Average height. Fuyumi Todoroki: Younger sister, she is the second daughter of Rei and Enji, she has the same gift as her mother, turquoise eyes and white hair with red streaks. She is a teacher. She is a kind-hearted person who cares deeply about her family. Natsuo Todoroki: Touya's younger brother, third son of Rei and Enji, gray eyes and short white hair, university student, same gift as his mother, he is tall. He has a calm attitude in general. He has shown that he cares deeply about his family, yet he resents his father for the abusive attitudes he had before but he forgave him once he saw that he changed and is happy that his mother is now the one who sets limits in the house, he is always complaining when his father scolds him or rescues him.

Shoto Todoroki: Younger brother, last son of Rei and Enji, fire and ice, has herochromia one eye is turquoise and the other gray, white and red hair, moderate height although still growing, he is fifteen almost sixteen, he has a burn on his left eye caused when he was a child by his mother when she was very stressed and paranoid about Enji's abuse, clearly Shoto when he can and if he remembers or the subject comes up always blames his father for his burn. Shoto is serious, quite rebellious with his father, responsible with his studies and has a great resemblance to his father in the matter of showing his feelings.

Keigo Takami: He is a professional hero, number two, blond hair and golden eyes, he has red wings, his Quirk is fierce wings, he can use his wing feathers to grab things and use them as weapons among other things, he is of moderate height, thin, he has a confident character, self-confident, he is very intelligent, charismatic, and he likes to help people. He has had a good friendship with Touya for years, when they were children, Keigo was recruited by the public safety commission of heroes.

Tomura Shigaraki: He was a classmate of Touya at UA, long, disheveled light blue hair, red eyes, his gift is Deterioration, everything he touches deteriorates, that's why he wears gloves, he is under the care of All Might as his mentor and also sees him as a father figure who saved him from the abuse he suffered at the hands of his father. He does not have total control over his Gift, so he avoids touching with his five fingers the objects that he does not want to destroy. He killed a member of his family when he was a child when he accidentally awakened his Gift, he suffered many traumas, he was rescued by All Might. He's pretty weird, quiet but he talks to people a bit and helps, sometimes he talks to Touya. All Might: He was the former number one hero, but he retired, he saved Tomura, he accepted him and lives with him, he is tall, quite thin, blond hair with two characteristic locks that are on his face, blue eyes, he is friendly and a good person. He met Touya and congratulated him for being skilled and strong.
