Kokichi Oma calls himself an evil ruler. He openly says he is the leader of a secret society with 10,000 followers, admits he is a liar and has only done bad things, but is actually the leader of a small organization called D.I.C.E, but doesn't tell anyone about it. This is a man who cannot be trusted, who shamelessly lies, says what he thinks, and sheds tears. He speaks and behaves calmly and indifferently to cause more suffering to other students, but his true intentions are unknown to me.
