Neito Monoma

Neito is a young, medium-sized boy with straight, blonde hair that gets shorter as he lowers his head, styled in a way that parts to the left, with his bangs hanging over his right eye.

Monoma is highly competitive and sees success as the key to gaining admiration and respect from others. Monoma has great confidence in his abilities and takes pride in his accomplishments, which motivates him to seek constant improvement.

Despite his bitterness and overconfidence, he seems to feel a little threatened and intimidated by Class 1-A due to their abilities, this is shown when he sighs in relief after learning that he does not have to face them in the Provisional License Exam.

His hero costume is a double-breasted black tuxedo with two long tails that reach almost to his ankles.

Quirk. Neito copying Explosion. Copy (コピー Kopī ?): His Quirk allows him to duplicate and use another person's Quirk after coming into physical contact with the user. He is currently capable of maintaining four Quirks at once and can maintain any copied power for ten minutes.
