Celeestela is 9.2 meters tall, since her body resembles a giant rocket, with a celestial teal and gray color scheme. She can make herself smaller to interact with other pokemon, but still 2 meters tall. she looks like a woman merged with a rocket, the base looking like a long teal dress and the top looks like her hair, it looks like her eyes are covered with long square bangs only displaying a coy smile, she has a very long neck and around her are her thrusters, which appear to be her arms. she launches into the sly with powerfully energy, ready to explore the space.

this pokemon it's a myth in it's dimension, some people say they see a majestic rocket unfolding across the sky over lonely, grassy meadows.

this Celeestela is shy, coy and very quiet, she's normally smiling but doesn't talk much, she doesn't like to launch more since the loud noise makes her feel like she's drawing too much attention.
